Acli-Mate Mountain Sport Drink Mix

If you live at sea level like I do and head into the mountains often, you know how important it is to help your body adjust to higher elevations. I always pack Acli-Mate before a trip; it’s the one thing that makes me feel ready for big climbs and long days on the trail.

Acli-Mate is specially formulated for high-altitude acclimatization, while also delivering hydration and natural energy. It combines essential electrolytes, B vitamins (B6 & B12), and adaptogenic herbs like Rhodiola and Ginkgo to help reduce common altitude symptoms such as fatigue, headache, and dehydration.

The CranRaspberry flavor is my personal go-to, lightly sweet and refreshing without being overly sugary, but you can also choose Orange or Grape. Each serving has just 6 grams of sugar, compared to the 26 grams in many other sports drinks, so you stay fueled without the crash.

Why I Recommend It

  • Supports high-altitude acclimatization
  • Keeps me hydrated & energized on big days outdoors
  • Helps reduce common altitude discomforts
  • Clean flavors: CranRaspberry, Orange, Grape
  • Only 6g sugar per serving (no artificial junk)
  • Available in tubs or 30 easy-to-carry packets

How I Use It

  • Before trips: I start drinking 3 servings a day, a couple of days before heading up in elevation
  • On the trail: I’ll have one in the morning, then supplement with electrolytes and water in the afternoon
  • For recovery: 1–2 servings after long hikes or rides feels like a reset

Simply mix with water, whether cold at camp or warm on chilly mornings. Super easy to travel with and a lifesaver on mountain trips.
